You will make a tangible impact on the daily lives of clients by designing functional, beautiful spaces that define the heart of their homes. Convert initial inquiries into successful projects by conducting professional showroom and in-home consultations.Develop functional design solutions for kitchens, baths, and specialized storage areas using advanced industry software.Guide clients through complex material selections including cabinetry, countertops, and finishes to meet aesthetic and budget goals.Prepare comprehensive project proposals and accurate estimates to ensure transparency and maintain high closing rates.Collaborate with vendors and installation teams to facilitate a seamless handoff from the design phase to physical execution.Maintain meticulous project documentation and measurements to prevent technical errors and ensure high-quality installations.Promote long-term brand loyalty by acting as a personable and confident primary point of contact for every client.Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, interior design, or a related residential construction field.Proven ability to interpret client needs and translate them into practical, attractive design concepts.Strong technical proficiency and the willingness to master specialized design software and Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational skills necessary for managing multiple client timelines and detailed product specifications.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to project sites and client homes.Preferred Qualifications & Experience
