Manage company-provided leads and maintain relationships with the customer base.Conduct inspections, including photo documentation and measurement collection.Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable.Prepare detailed and customized estimates and proposals.Secure signed contracts and collect required down payments.Coordinate supplements and upgrades with the operations team for approval.Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates every three days.Perform follow-ups after job completion, request referrals, and gather online reviews.Enter all leads, updates, and sales activity into the CRM.Collaborate with the sales manager and teammates to achieve sales targets.Attends Sales Meetings and 1on1s with Sales Manager Achieve a minimum of $83,500 in monthly sales revenueMaintain a gross profit margin of 40% or higher on all jobsHold a closing rate of at least 35%Submit all required documentation (photos, contracts, and down payments) within 24 hours of signingDrive high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and proactive referral generationComplete post-project follow-up tasks, including review requests, within 30 days of project completionEnsure commission eligibility by submitting all required documents and payments in a timely manner
