As the Design Consultant, you will have the opportunity to enhance your experience in design, customer service, and sales. The company creates an elevated experience from the moment their clients walk in the door, whether they are picking out a bathroom faucet or getting a full kitchen design. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products offered • Accurately enter all showroom bids and sales using Solar Eclipse and Salesforce • Utilize the sales tools in Solar Eclipse & Salesforce, including bid follow-up, calling queues, and trouble queues to manage all sales and potential sales. • Perform site visits for field measures and job site meetings as needed for design services. • Excellent customer service experience
