Outside Sales Representative
Re-Bath | Full-Time | $120,000-$200,000+ First-Year Potential

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners for in-home consultations to design and sell custom bathroom remodeling solutions. Minimum of two years of in-home sales experience is required. No cold calling-appointments are pre-set and confirmed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $48,000Uncapped commission + tiered bonusesFuel reimbursementHealth, dental, and disability insurance (company contributes)401(k) planTop performers earn $120K-$200K+ in their first year (90% of reps earned over $160K in 2024)
What You'll Do:
Conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling designsBuild trust and relationships with customersUse design and presentation software (training provided)Follow Re-Bath's proven sales process and company standardsRepresent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of in-home sales experienceGoal-driven with a strong work ethicComfortable meeting clients in their homesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTech-savvy and willing to learn new toolsReliable vehicle and clean driving recordAble to pass a background check and drug screening
