Role Overview Design Consultant at Floor & Decor is the entry point into design, responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor to support their design projects, conducting design appointments to determine design needs in tiles, wood, stone, and accessory products, and partnering with store leaders to maximize sales goals and expand the design services brand.
