Design Consultant Job at Floor

The Design Consultant at Floor & Decor is the entry point into design and is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor to support their design projects, conduct design appointments with customers to determine design needs in the selection of tile, wood, stone, and accessory products of various colors, textures, patterns, and designs. The Design Consultant will also partner with store leaders to maximize sales goals and expand the design services brand. • Enthusiastically support all company initiatives and goals by modeling and coaching best practices with store employees. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
