Primary responsibilities may include the following: Guides customers through their design and material selection process for interior selections for projects large and small, from flooring to kitchen remodels, working within the parameters set by the Project Manager, and assists clients in their selection of materials Maintains the parameters of the budget and the client project Processes permits in an efficient timeframe Coordinates projects with Project Manager and clients Communicates changes and progress Assists Project Managers in the completion of projects on time and within budget Orders and oversees materials orders to completion Establishing and maintaining client relationships Attending all appropriate company meetings and company sponsored training sessions Minimum requirements for consideration for this role are: Experience in Interior Design Consultation Ability to create cabinet layouts Familiarity with different flooring types, current design trends, as well as solid surface countertops and shower materials Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work both independently and as a team Excellent communication skills, good time management skills Ability to problem-solve Strong sense of urgency High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
