Closet Factory is looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will meet with clients in their homes, understand their storage and lifestyle needs, design custom solutions, present proposals, and close sales. Design experience is helpful, but strong communication skills, sales drive, follow-up discipline, and the ability to earn trust with clients are essential. Ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and multiple opportunities at once. The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson with an interest in design — not just a designer who is willing to sell.
