Design Consultant – Window & Door Sales Uncapped Earnings | Paid Training | Leads Provided What You'll Do • Run 2–3 in-home appointments per day • Build rapport and conduct professional needs assessments • Measure windows and doors accurately • Present product options and pricing • Close on the first visit whenever possible • Generate referrals and self-generated leads • Follow up professionally and consistently In-home sales experience is a major plus. Home improvement experience is helpful but not required — we train the right person.
