As a Design Consultant, you can turn customers’ dreams into reality by helping them create the perfect bathroom. Do you connect easily with people? Are you a goal-focused, high achiever? • Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments • Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes • Determine their design needs • Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution • Close sales • Conduct job site measuring • Photograph spaces appropriately • Create designs with customers • Select appropriate products • Correctly calculate costs of projects • Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training and resources • A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus • Home improvement related sales experience preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Outstanding communication skills • Responsible and reliable • Coachable mindset • Competitive by nature • Clean driving record and background check • Warm, outgoing and enthusiastic • Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs • Independant, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever • High school diploma or GED required
