As a Window Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and selling custom window coverings—including blinds, shades (interior and exterior), shutters, and drapes—that enhance the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. Duties: • Collaborate with clients to assess their window covering needs and preferences • Provide in-home consultations and take accurate measurements • Create functional, stylish designs using a variety of window treatment options • Present design concepts and product samples to clients • Prepare and submit sales quotes and manage order processing • Maintain showroom displays and assist in product merchandising • Participate in promotional events and engage in outside sales • Attend product training, team meetings, and industry events as required Qualifications: • Experience in window treatment design, interior design, or related sales • Strong product knowledge in blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to use POS systems and CRM software • Strong sales acumen with experience in both in-store and in-home sales • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits • Ability to stay current with industry trends and design innovations What We Offer: • Employee Discount • Flexible schedule: Choose your own hours; Monday-Friday - weekends as needed • Uncapped Commission • Training and ongoing product education • Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company • Supportive team culture and access to design resources Ability to Relocate: • Chattanooga, TN 37450: Relocate before starting work (Required)
