Design Coordinator - Multi-Family Housing

Design. LRS Architects is looking for a Design Coordinator for our Multi-Family Housing Studio. What You’ll Do Support the design and technical development of multifamily housing projects through all phases of design and constructionProduce and coordinate BIM models, construction documents, details, schedules, and project deliverablesCollaborate with project teams to advance project goals related to quality, budget, schedule, and design intentCoordinate assigned technical work with engineering consultants and other project disciplinesAssist with building planning, code research, accessibility requirements, unit layouts, amenity spaces, and project documentationApply firm standards, BIM protocols, quality assurance processes, and project guidelinesCommunicate effectively with project team members, consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies as directedManage assigned tasks and deadlines while anticipating future project needsSupport project activities during construction administration, including responding to contractor questions and reviewing project documentationContinue developing technical expertise, project coordination skills, and professional growth through mentorship and project experience.
