Our team manages and oversees multiple high-end residential design and construction projects simultaneously—guiding them from initial planning through construction, custom furnishing, final installation, and continual property management. Support Projects End-to-End: Assist with multiple high-end projects at a time, moving seamlessly from the planning and construction phases to final furnishing and physical installations.Coordinate Deliveries & Installation: Act as the hands-on lead for incoming furniture and decor. Team First: A true team player with a positive attitude, willing to jump into a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced, small-office environment.Hands-On & Capable: Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including unboxing, assembling, and moving luxury furnishings during installation days.Tech & Phone Savvy: Familiar with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
