Design Director

In this role, you are responsible for providing a clear vision and direction for the studio’s design output. You will partner with clients and project teams to elevate design in all markets ranging from hospitality, multi-family, to workplace, and you’ll foster a culture of design excellence Application must include resume and portfolio Job Responsibilities • Establishes rapport with clients, develops project vision and understands client goals for performance, budget and schedule • Leads design presentations for key projects and accounts • Monitors team design output for all clients, coordinating with PM and design/technical teams to ensure design and furniture deliverables are aligned with client goals. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities • Expert storytelling and presentation skills • Expert concept development and 3D visualization skills • Knowledge of all phases of design, from concept through contract administration.
