Job Summary: The Principal Interior Designer will lead residential and light commercial interior design projects, working closely with contractors, architects, suppliers, trade partners, and fabricators to meet overall project goals. Key responsibilities include providing opportunities for growth and development for Interior Designers, communicating updates effectively, delegating assignments, monitoring budgets and timelines, and providing weekly project updates. Responsibilities: • Provide opportunities, clear deliverables, and actionable feedback throughout projects to develop Interior Designers to confidently and independently lead projects in their future • Work closely with contractors, architects, suppliers, trade partners, and fabricators to meet overall project goals • Communicate updates consistently, effectively, and professionally to all parties
