Description: About KRS: We’re seeking a creative and strategic Design Director to lead our talented design team. In this role, you'll ensure top-tier creative output, guide team development, and collaborate across departments to bring brand visions to life. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee creative quality, workflow, and innovation across all design projects • Mentor and develop Senior Designers and Designers • Lead quoting and proposals in collaboration with Account Executives • Help shape department budgets, training programs, and hiring decisions • Align design strategy with company goals and client ROI • Represent KRS in prospect meetings and at industry events • The Design Director works onsite at our corporate headquarters in Eugene, Oregon
