This is a design-forward leadership role ideal for a seasoned commercial interiors professional ready to shape studio design culture while remaining hands-on in project execution. This opportunity is best suited for a current Design Director, Senior Designer, or Senior Associate with strong commercial experience who is ready to elevate their impact within a collaborative, smaller firm environment. • Lead commercial interior projects from concept through completion • Develop innovative design strategies aligned with client goals • Serve as a creative advisor and design resource across project teams • Ensure all design work meets high standards for quality, constructability, ADA, and code compliance • Mentor and guide design staff • Contribute to studio design standards and tools • Participate in business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations • Collaborate with leadership to evolve and strengthen design culture
