Then the old roof, more extensively, while reinforcing the ceilings, which will also be the loft’s new floors, and supports for the newer roof; as, It was built, relying upon the lower roof for support in some areas. This is all still under the new, re-supported roof. Existing double garage door will be moved down the driveway toward the street to enclose the new garage, on the existing (to be reinforced) driveway slab. There will be a few new interior walls moved and made, some bathroom modifications and finish work to design and draw as well. Calculations for supporting the roof, ceilings and floors affected are really the only things I’m not able to do myself; but, I’m interested in professional design work if affordable.
