Design Lead

We have developed a line of products with up front pricing to provide maximum value and great design. MyKabin has an exciting opportunity for a Design Lead. Job title: Design Lead JOB SUMMARY The Design position will be responsible for creating complete design package options based on pre-set packages as well as customized options. This role will work with customers to select their design choices and create customized orders for basic options as well as add-on options. Responsibilities and Duties: \\- Manage client process of selecting fixtures and finishes as per the sales contract \\- Sales: promoting additional fixtures and finishes packages \\- Design: Put together packages for individual units (including various pricing tiers) \\- Design: Interior design responsibilities \\- Design: Kabin interiors with details, options + pricing \\- Design: Iterate on current model finishes Qualifications and Skills: \\- High level understanding of Interior Design and practices \\- Ability to understand and communicate between sales staff and clients and then relate compiled data to PM’s \\- Ability to sell products and services \\- Ability to work through continued sales once a project is underway and collaborate with PM’s for change orders or new/continued sales Salary: \\- The position is salary based on 40+ hours per week \\- Pay depends on experience and training \\- MyKabin is growing rapidly and this position has the potential to grow into a management position MyKabin operates in a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free work environment.
