Leading architecture and interior design firm is seeking Design Lead with conceptual expertise and proven leadership success to join their San Francisco office. Key Responsibilities • leadership and strategic involvement in project winning, continuously using your one-of-kind talent and admirable work ethic to help bring in new business and/or encourages repeat business • deeply at the business objectives of clients and create environments that support the key behaviors • on wellbeing, sustainability, technology, and workplace experience woven into the design of each project • larger projects and lead multiple design teams simultaneously • a design culture where the more junior team members generate ideas as well as execute. • with clients to establish design concepts and parameters • conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals, and work with Project Manager to prepare preliminary cost estimates • hand in hand with our workplace strategic team to ensure the human / business objectives are captured fully in the design • the work and progress of project team’s deliverables on multiple projects • and maintain trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholders • clients from macro decision to detailed micro decisions to get sign off of ideas and prepare for implementation • up to date on latest trends and design inspirations by participating in industry events and professional development opportunities • the design intent and provide oversight and detailing guidance for construction documentation and construction of project • to outline the construction methodology of key challenging elements that are critical to the design • with Strategy team, Global colleagues, and local team to deliver design and workspace that establishes and maintains trust to further the relationship of our clients. Attitude and Approach Salary range $130K – $150K US based on experience.
