Design Manager

A company requires a Design Manager to oversee design execution on hyperscale data center projects. Key Responsibilities: • Support project kickoff and ongoing design coordination meetings • Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and design milestones throughout the project lifecycle • C coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to resolve design issues and changes Required Qualifications: • Experience in supporting large-scale data center design construction projects • Familiarity with permitting implementation processes < li > Ability to track report schedule cost quality metrics < li > Proficiency in construction management tools document control systems
