Design Manager

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Center Design Management team is a collaborative group of architects, engineers, and technical specialists responsible for delivering high-performance infrastructure that powers the Oracle Cloud. We are seeking a Data Center Design Manager to support the execution and coordination of design across our global portfolio of data centers. As a key member of the Design Management team, you will assist in the planning, review, and coordination of design activities with consultants, internal stakeholders, and external development partners. Responsibilities: • Support the full lifecycle of design activities for data center projects, including planning, consultant coordination, and design review • Assist with the development and tracking of project design schedules and deliverables • Review consultant design packages (SD, DD, IFC) for alignment with OCI standards and technical requirements • Coordinate with internal teams including construction, operations, and network infrastructure • Support technical due diligence for lease and greenfield opportunities • Identify design risks, escalate issues, and help drive resolution in coordination with senior design leads • Provide QA/QC on design submissions and support compliance with Oracle’s documentation standards • Participate in internal design reviews and cross-functional design workshops • Help maintain internal design templates, standards, and technical documentation.
