Design Manager

You will engage in contract negotiations, design programming, and scheduling the design process while maintaining the budget and ensuring designs allow efficient management by operations. Strong project management skills. Experience in architecture, healthcare design, and residential design. You will work in a business professional environment and exercise a great deal of independent judgment and action with general direction from the Director of Design and specific project direction from the Project Development Manager.
