Design Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Design Manager for an established engineering and project management organization supporting large-scale federal healthcare infrastructure projects. The Design Manager will lead engineering and architectural design efforts for complex capital improvement projects within a federal healthcare environment. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.Experience managing engineering design projects, including design management and project leadership responsibilities.Experience supporting healthcare, hospital, or similarly regulated facility projects, with knowledge of boiler plant design/build projects preferred.Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, along with excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
