Requirements for Success: • 3+ years of experience managing and reviewing construction plans and specifications for retail or restaurant projects • 3+ years of experience in architectural and site plan design, cost and quality control, material and equipment installation, bidding practices, and assessing material and labor costs • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp and Photoshop a plus • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing • Results-oriented and flexible with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively • Able to work full-time at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX and travel up to 15% • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related
