Design Manager

The Design System Manger is responsible for driving the development and implementation of creative for Raymour & Flanigan, with a focus on designing assets across all marketing and brand channels. In collaboration with the Marketing team and key company stakeholders, the Design System Manager will: • Operationalize and implement a standard system for design delivery and consistency, including design system creation across the customer journey (including digital experience, store messaging, consumer advertising, etc..) • Support the ongoing development of our brand identity and the maintenance of a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. Work to ensure strong communication and collaboration with key stakeholders. Requirements/Background • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
