Work in collaboration with the Program Manager, the District, and the assigned design architects to develop project charters, program statements, interim housing plans, design deliverables schedules, review and update District design standards, conduct design quality assurance program and manage the architects’ performance. • Simultaneously manage the design for multiple projects located across multiple campus sites. • 10 years of progressive and position related work experience in project and construction management is required. • Ability to provide leadership and management support is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work in an office and or construction environment.
