Who we are: At R&R Realty Group, we are proud to be the premier source for commercial real estate in Des Moines, Iowa. • Manage R&R's interior design team (Spark Design) and serve as a main point of contact between subsidiaries. • Assist with internal design charrettes and client management on build-to-suit project opportunities • Manage external teams including architecture and engineering consultants on development and larger tenant construction projects. • Must be licensed architect in Iowa/Nebraska, or ability to obtain within 6 months • Drives to all R&R properties and various locations as the position requires. What it takes to join our team: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Architecture or related field of study; preferred 7 to 12 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
