The Design Department Manager is responsible for the overall management of the design department, architectural and interior design staff, and is responsible for meeting or exceeding goals set forth by the Leadership Team. The Design Department Manager will collaborate with all other employees as a team and effectively lead all phases of the design process to meet project objectives, budgets... and deadlines. By employing the mission and core values of CRD, the Design Department Manager will represent CRD in various client interactions/communications and remain a trusted source of leadership for both staff and clients. • Work with Production Manager and Project Managers to ensure viability of design for construction. • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
