The Design Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all design aspects of design associated with the interior fit out of a project, ensuring that architectural plans, engineering drawings, and other design elements seamlessly integrate and align with project requirements, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver a completed project on time and within budget; key duties include reviewing design documents, identifying potential issues, facilitating communication between design teams, and resolving design conflicts to maintain project flow and quality. Coordinate all interior design, MEP services, supplier documentation, supplier drawings, fabrication drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications and requirements. Coordinate and prepare technical submissions for all materials where necessary. Identify potential design clashes or conflicts between different disciplines and work with the design and project management teams to resolve them. A minimum of 5 years' experience in design coordination, architectural planning, and/or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
