Title: Design Manager Report to: Director of Project Services, IC Desired Experience and Skills: • 2+ years related industry experience • 3+ years Revit experience • Estimating experience is a plus, Construction exposure preferred • Preferred Degrees: Architectural Technology, Architecture, Interior Design (Engineering associated) Responsibilities: • Analyze construction drawing sets and specifications • Presentation design support • Communicate effectively and professionally with project teamscoalition partners • Think creatively to identify cost impacts • Create renderings and other visual media • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit • Utilize Bluebeam, Excel, Enscape, AutoCAD • Prepare drawings and submittal packages • Demonstrate thorough understanding of design details to recommend appropriate solutions • Manage file sharing and scheduling with manufacturers • Manage project financials within business system • Product selection and order entry • Create and maintain relationships with coalition partners • Always manage a variety of projects and tasks. • Work closely with project team (Estimator, Project Manager, Field Operations) Associates are responsible for reviewing the CBI Sourcebook and other forms of communications such as policy and procedure updates for additional details and job requirements.
