We are actively recruiting a senior level creative Interior Design Manager to be a part of our collaborative firm in our Workplace Interiors Studio in our Boston office. Responsibilities: • Lead concept development and guide the design narrative for a wide range of projects • Partner with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through inspired, buildable design • Curate materials, finishes, furnishings, and details that reflect both design integrity and operational excellence • Mentor and motivate a talented team of designers, fostering a collaborative, creative culture • Lead design presentations that communicate a strong point of view with clarity and confidence • Manage project delivery, ensuring design intent carries through documentation, construction, and completion • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and brand strategists to deliver seamless, cohesive experiences • Engage with the broader design and aviation community to build relationships and identify new opportunities • Is an industry expert in major building systems and conveys this knowledge to the team • Oversees the work of the Project Designers • Demonstrates knowledge of resources and materials and their application • Directs the production of design materials that meet project objectives, including functional concepts, images, schedules and budgets • Cultivates success through high level design and planning, facility requirements analysis, conceptual design and systems integration and teamwork • Possesses excellent programming and strategic planning skills • Maintains knowledge regarding industry trends, professional practice, regulatory and construction practice and issues • Builds the firm’s practice by inspiring and motivating Project Designers Qualifications: • This role is an in-office position • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • 10+ years of interior design experience, ideally across aviation, hospitality or luxury commercial sectors • A portfolio that demonstrates design excellence - from concept to realization • Deep understanding of how design enhances the guest experience and brand identity • Fluency in Revit, and familiarity with FF&E selection, detailing and documentation • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills • Proven ability to manage complex projects, teams, and client relationships • Interest in sustainable design and innovation • Professional registration preferred • Ongoing participation in outside design activities, groups, etc. For design positions, please also be sure to upload your portfolio or review of your application will be delayed. Base Salary Range: $105,000- $130,000 annually – Boston locations only
