You will build processes the allow the Iconic Modern interior design business to run efficiently and keep scaling.Key Responsibilities:Be a key client point of contact for all matters related to invoicing, product procurement, scheduling, etc.Support design team in keeping studio designer, brex and tipalti up to dateBe main cross-functional point of contact between finance, warehouse operations and sales to ensure projects get executed correctly, on time and with accurate financial informationSupport the design team with product procurement (finding alternative suppliers, suggesting pieces based on a design vision, coordinating delivery/pickups with vendors, etc.
