The Design Professional will work closely with clients and internal teams to create functional, ergonomic, and visually compelling office spaces. Qualifications Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, and experience with rendering and space planning toolsStrong understanding of commercial interiors, furniture systems, and workspace ergonomicsProject management skills, including managing timelines and budgets, and the ability to multitask effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and teamworkAttention to detail and ability to ensure all project specifications and designs are accurateKnowledge of current trends in office functionality and designAbility to work on-site in Phoenix, AZBachelor’s degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldExperience in the commercial furniture or interiors industry is preferred
