Design Professional

Working under the supervision of licensed architects, you will contribute to the development of design concepts and assist in the creation of construction documents for healthcare facilities. Assist in the development of architectural design concepts for healthcare projects. Collaborate with licensed architects and design teams to create innovative and functional design solutions that meet the project's vision, requirements, and industry standards. Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to integrate their designs and ensure coordination and compatibility with the architectural design. Experience with 3D modeling software and visualization tools is desirableFamiliarity with architectural drafting, detailing, and construction documentation processes.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to architectural design.Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas using 2D and 3D representations.Attention to detail and accuracy in the preparation of architectural drawings and documentation.Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices is a plus.Previous experience or coursework in healthcare architecture or a related field is preferredWhy You'll Love Working Here:
