Working primarily without supervision, manage workflow for all design projects for the In-House Design Team. Take in projects from the marketing teams and assign them to the team of 4 based on workload and design capabilities. List the percentage of the job incumbent's time that will be spent on each major duty/responsibility. What is done: As the Design Traffic/Project manager, ensure timely flow of deliverables from all functional areas in the design process, through regularly scheduled status meetings with designers, Marketing and Packaging Graphics teams. What is done: Responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge of systems, people and procedures that touch the In-House Design process.
