Design Project Manager

If you're a dynamic interior designer with project management chops and a passion for leading teams and clients alike - this might be your next big role. As a Design Project Manager, you'll be the creative conductor and operational glue for our model home and interior design projects. You'll be responsible for: • Leading conceptual, schematic, and construction document phases of design • Managing budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Acting as the key liaison between the design team, leadership, clients, and trades • Overseeing FF&E specifications, procurement documentation, and quality control • Guiding presentations, space planning, and finish selections • Participating in installations and closeouts, including out-of-town travel • Driving consistency between design, operations, and purchasing teams • Proactively identifying process gaps and contributing to system improvements What You Bring • 5+ years in commercial or hospitality design (multi-family a plus!) Experience • Model Home Interior Design: 5 years (Required) • Interior Design Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
