Design Project Manager (Architect/Interior Designer)

About The Role The Project Manager delivers assigned Flow projects and workstreams across the full project lifecycle (Concept → Design Development → GFC Documentation → FF&E Selection → Site Execution → Handover), managing day-to-day scope, schedule, coordination, and documentation under the direction of the Senior Project Manager and Head of Design Management. Responsibilities Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built-environment discipline; PMP or CAPM certification preferred6-10 years of experience in project management on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects Background at a real estate developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting or consulting firm, with direct exposure to design-through-delivery project management Delivery support experience on at least 2-3 mid-to-large real estate projects across ground-up, conversion, and/or fit-out types Working coordination experience across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting discipline Familiarity with FIDIC/AIA contract principles Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore or equivalent CDE platform, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Revit (review level) Comfortable with AI-assisted PM and productivity tools (Monday, Airtable, Notion) Benefits We take care of our people so they can do their best work.
