Design & Selections Assistant

As the Design & Selections Assistant, you are a key player in building and optimizing the systems that support Jasper’s high-end design-build process. Working in close partnership with our Design & Selections Coordinator you will help drive the internal development of the Design and Selections Division—streamlining operations, creating repeatable workflows, and ensuring selections logistics are flawlessly executed. Process Building & Efficiency Optimization • Work collaboratively with our Design & Selections Coordinator to document, refine, and implement standardized workflows for selections • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to reduce delays, eliminate redundancies, and increase clarity across teams • Help develop Jasper’s proprietary selections playbook, creating SOPs for all recurring tasks and milestones • Build and maintain a resource library for selections—including vendor contacts, product sourcing info, and design inspiration references Communication & Cross-Team Coordination • Act as a point of contact between the Selections Division and PMs, vendors, clients, and internal ops • Draft clear, organized meeting notes and translate them into actionable next steps • Ensure selections information flows consistently to all stakeholders to avoid miscommunication and rework • Provide high-level organizational support to our Design & Selections Coordinator by managing calendar appointments, priorities, and deliverables • Take ownership of follow-ups, deadlines, and open items—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks What Success Looks Like: • Every project follows a clearly defined selections process that feels effortless to the client and seamless to the team • The Design & Selections Coordinator supported at a strategic level, not just administratively—free to lead creatively while operations are proactively handled • The Design and Selections Division operates like a scaled, efficient machine with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously • Feedback loops are in place, and continuous improvement is part of the culture
