Design & Selections Coordinator

Henderson, NV (On-Site) Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is hiring a Design & Selections Coordinator to guide homeowners through the product selection process for high-end residential remodeling projects. This role supports clients, sales, and vendors to ensure selections are organized, documented, and ready for production. We are a full-service general contractor specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodels across the Las Vegas area. Key Responsibilities: • Guide clients through design selections and upgrade options • Follow company Selections and Lead-to-Start processes • Maintain accurate records for selections, pricing, and change orders • Build material lists; source, price, order, and track materials • Coordinate with the Sales Manager, the sales team, and the vendors • Support front desk and phone communication as needed • Maintain product libraries and pricing databases • Submit weekly reports to the Sales Manager • Attend meetings, vendor events, and training as required
