(Commission based) -Applicants MUST HAVE experience within all flooring types (carpet, tile, wood, counter tops, cabinets) -Familiarity with floor plans/diagrams, calculating the square footage is needed to generate quotes for clients. About the job: • Greet and work with clients while providing flooring/design advice • Close sales to reach monthly sales goals • Follow up with customers • Establish and maintain customer relationships • Maintain showroom displays, and visual merchandising of samples • Must be able to close sales! • Ability to develop effective customer relationships • Self-driven to meet sales goals • Experience in a design-related sales position is preferred • Eager and willing to add to knowledge base of flooring and flooring materials • Highly organized and detail oriented with a good work ethic • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
