Design Showroom Manager

• Experience in residential interiors MANDATORY and or education in Design • Assist and support expanding client base of Residential and Corporate accounts • Meet with Principal and clients with some experience • Create floor plans and elevations • Present images and boards for clients to visualize in PowerPoint and Google Docs • Create renderings and sketch up drawings for clients on AutoCAD or Revit • Assist in sourcing items, pricing and availability • Recommend fixtures and finishes for clients • Execute assignments within deadlines • Work effectively with designers and project Managers What you'll bring: • Proficiency in Photoshop and space planning software AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit, Sketch up • Experience in interior design, furniture & décor • Great taste and eye for a range of design styles • Passion for helping people find solutions • Excellent communication and people skills • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-based environment • Ability to successfully self-manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail and quality • High personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up ability • Familiarity with major fixture manufacturers.
