Job Overview The Design & Showroom Manager will serve as the face of Maine Cottage®, balancing exceptional customer service with strong design acumen. In this role, you will work directly with retail clients, trade members, and internal teams to deliver personalized service, build brand loyalty, and support sales growth. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, interior design, or a similar role. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
