This role provides a unique opportunity for comprehensive cross-training in operations and sales, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of how each department drives the business forward.Job Overview The Design & Showroom Manager will serve as the face of Maine Cottage®, balancing exceptional customer service with strong design acumen. Build and train a team for showroom operations, ensuring all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, interior design, or a similar role. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
