As a Design Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for conducting in-store design appointments, providing expert advice on flooring and decorating materials, and creating custom design concepts that exceed customer expectations. • Develop and present customized design concepts to customers, including floor plans and material selections. • Communicate effectively with customers, store employees, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in interior design or sales-related field. • Degree in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
