Design Specialist (CAD/SketchUp) job at Custom Home Group. Interface with Interior Designer to curate product samples for Client meetings and aid in managing our color sample inventory Review details with Interior Designer before/after Client selection meetings and give Admin support with any Action Items (i.e. research pricing on a new type of flooring, check availability for a specific product and lead time, etc) Interface with the Estimator to review upgrade option pricing details and Change-Order details post Client selection meetings Create Job specific binders for cabinetry 2020 plans, appliance specs, plumbing fixture selections, cabinetry hardware, etc info for the Installers Interface with Project Manager during the Pre-Construction Meeting to review design details. · Minimum of 3 to 5 years of design experience · Proficient in SketchUp 3D and Enscape · 401K Plan with company contributions
