Design Studio Assistant

Job Title: Design Studio Assistant Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Design Studio Assistant to support our new construction design team. Assist clients during design appointments with selections for finishes, fixtures, and upgrades Prepare and maintain design studio displays and sample materials Enter and track customer selections accurately in internal systems Support designers with administrative tasks and client follow-ups Maintain organized records, pricing sheets, and vendor catalogs Ensure the design studio remains clean, organized, and visually appealing 1–3 years of experience in design, real estate, construction, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the design team Collaborative and creative work environment Health, dental and vision insurance, IRA, retirement plans after 90-day probation
