Design Studio Consultant

This role will be based out of our model homes and our Sussex County, DE office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist homebuyers with selections and options for interior and exterior finishes (i.e. flooring, cabinetry, exteriors, lighting, countertops, bath fixtures) • Accurately process detailed design selection paperwork at various stages of the homebuilding process • Work with our Sales and Production teams to deliver unparalleled customer service • Understand and effectively communicate blueprints and site plans • Support customer appointments by speaking with potential homebuyers about the design process • Assist Sales & Marketing Representatives with tours of the model homes and design studio • Schedule appointments with customers to review selections with homebuilding team • Provide timely and detailed responses to stakeholders • Attend, and provide support for, homebuyer meetings throughout the building process as needed • Travel to Foxlane communities and office for meetings as needed Competencies: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including via telephone and video conferences • Strong problem analysis skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with a team and independently • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Requirements: • Ability to work some weekends • Ability to manage schedules across various work locations • Must be able to safely lift and manage the physical selections up to 30 lbs
