Design Studio Consultant - Greenville

Job Details Job Location Greenville Office - Greenville, SC Description Assists the Design Studio Manager while providing excellent customer service, this position may work individually with customers as they select interior options and upgrades. Duties and Responsibilities • Under the direction of the Design Studio Manager, may work with new home customers to select interior finishes such as cabinets, counters, flooring and lighting • May advise customers on interior design functions (with respect to color, functionality, budget) • May research custom requests by obtaining information on materials • May meet with vendors as needed • Responsible for complete and accurate paperwork related to customer selections • Create paperwork for all Quick Move-In homes • Arrange appointment times/dates with new home customers; greet customers upon arrival to the Design Studio • Other duties as assigned or expected Education and Work Experience • High school diploma or equivalent and Interior Design Certificate or some college level interior design coursework; or 3 years of selling experience in design center or retail design center; or combination of education and equivalent work experience • Prior experience in new home sales or design Studios is preferred
