The role manages scheduling, buyer communications, design file processing, and studio operations, while ensuring the studio is well-maintained and displays are current. • Homes by WestBay is committed to personalization of the home buyers experience. The Design Studio Consultant must be able to interpret requests and optimize the delivery of value to the customer. • Under the direction of the Design Studio Director, the Design Studio Team is the primary driver of the customer experience between sale and start of construction. • Once construction of a home begins, the Design Studio Team resolves reselection issues and responds to questions that arise in relationship to finishes during construction.
